Tomorrow is the big day, one of my favorites to be honest. I love a good corned beef and frothy beer so Thank Be to Baby Jesus, Saturday is St. Patrick’s Day. I gave a little advice on how to behave over at The Saucy Bits. If you want to avoid being “that guy” on St. Patty’s Day just follow my 7 easy steps. Now go throw on something green, turn on the tunes and poor yourself a nice pint.
I am a lazy hostess – incredibly, chronically lazy. I want to enjoy the food, beverages and conversation so I make my get togethers as easy as possible. This year Miss S and her husband came for the weekend and we decided on an appetizer feast. I cannot recommend it enough. Easy, yummy and idiot proof. Here are just a few of our small plates.

Halloween was this past weekend and we had a little get together. We had good food, great martinis, and a nice group of folks on hand for the festivities. We even had entertainment, Michael Jackson showed up and he was amazing. The one thing I know for sure is The General loved my costume and I will never wear it again. Next year I am going as a Nun.
