I am thankful for my friend Patti. She’s organized. She’s creative. She has the mojo to start a photo challenge when I don’t have the time to touch up my roots or make a real meal for my children. She’s that friend. I hope you all have a Patti.

Congratulations! You did it. Our 366 Photo Challenge is entering the last month. I will admit it, I failed miserably this year. A picture there, a snap here but I could not find the time to take a picture each day. It’s ok – I am still proud of the pictures I took and my memories are saved for the year.

We have survived that Witch Sandy. NYC and NJ were beaten down and my state of CT didn’t fare much better. We have power, clean water and no one was hurt so I think we did ok. My neighbors in town and outside of my little hamlet are still struggling. It’s the one time I happy not to be on the waterfront. Patti is much more organized than I and pulled together this month’s photo challenge. It’s hard to believe it’s November. How did that happen?

Tomorrow is October 1st. I should know this, it’s my daughter’s birthday but I completely forgot about the monthly photo challenge until my dear friend Patti sent along the list. Thank God for Patti. I am officially the worst monthly photo challenge organizer – ever. Luckily I have smart, creative friends. You’re welcome.
